A  SD/CSR Steering Committee monitors:

• the identification of yearly plans, priorities and objectives
• the implementation of action plans defined by each department

The SD/CSR Steering Committee members are the:

• President of Geophysical Services
• CEO of Sercel
• Senior Executive Vice President, HR, Communication, QHSE & Audit
• Executive Vice President, Performance & HSE
• Vice President, SD & CSR
• SD & CSR Managers

The SD/CSR Steering Committee meets quarterly and reports to the Executive Committee.  

SD/CSR 2010 Priorities

In 2010, our main SD/CSR objectives are:

• Encouraging executive, line management and employees commitment in SD
• Raising employees awareness on SD/CSR
• Encouraging employees initiatives
• Developing internal processes structuring SD initiatives
• Working in cooperation with local communities
• Monitoring best practices and SD/CSR indicators (economical, social and environmental)
• Reinforcing communication on SD/CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

A Local Implementation

A network of local representatives is in charge of monitoring local SD/CSR actions.
